Upon Arrival and Check Out

  • Each patient is greeted warmly by our front desk staff and promptly checked in.
  • Each patient is provided with any pertinent information for their appointment and available to answer any immediate questions or concerns.
  • Patients are able to schedule their following appointments and procedures.

While Visiting

  • Patients are provided with a spacious lobby and accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
  • Patients are able to view two large, flat screen TV.
  • Patients have access to a water fountain.

Post-Consult / Procedure

  • Each patient receives a brief survey regarding their experience and has the opportunity to help us learn how we can make future improvements.
  • A follow up phone call will be made to address any questions or concerns.
