Headaches
Almost everyone has had a headache. Headaches and migraines are the most common form of pain. The most common type of headache people experience is a tension headache. Tension headaches can occur from muscles tightening in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and/or jaw. They are often related to stress, depression, and/or anxiety.
Other common types of headaches include migraines, cluster headaches, and sinus headaches. Most people can alleviate some of these pains by improving their diets, improving their relaxing and sleeping habits, and taking over the counter pain relievers.
Not all headaches require a doctor's attentions. But frequent occurrences of headaches can be a symptom of a larger issue. Let your doctor know if you have frequent, sudden, and/or severe headaches. They will be able to determine if more medical attention is necessary.

Dr Rao is MY Absolute Favorite Doctor! Love him! His staff at Mt Airy and in Frederick, Maryland are the best of the best. Caring, kind and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to seek out Dr Rao and his staff in a heartbeat.
Randee Fischer
I LOVE this place. Dr B. and Dr Rao saved my life. In 2014, I could only walk about 15ft and had to use a wheelchair. It happened so quickly to me. I had extreme pain in my back, and legs. My other pain management wouldn't help at all.
